Arman Eshraghi, CEO and Founder
CEO and Founder of LogiXML, Arman Eshraghi is a BI visionary who leads the overall direction of LogiXML’s business and product strategies. Mr. Eshraghi founded LogiXML with a vision to provide superior, innovative report development and analysis solutions. With 19 years of experience in software development and architecture, he has always focused on creating innovative solutions and software products that boost productivity and promote ease-of-use for end-users. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Ferdowsi University and has successfully led two other software companies before starting LogiXML.
Steve
Steve Schneider, CTO
Steve Schneider leads the technology team at LogiOnDemand in creating innovative SAAS business intelligence offerings. Steve was a founding partner of OnDemandIQ, a Hosted Business Intelligence solution that provides sales performance management through web-based dashboards and reports, empowering all members of the organization to make quicker, more-informed decisions. Prior to OnDemandIQ he was a practice manager at leading web technology company Proxicom. Steven holds a BS in computer science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Bill Kotraba, Sales & Marketing Director
Bill Kotraba has led the sales team at LogiXML which reached the achievement of 4 years consecutive 100% plus revenue growth and is now focused on helping make widgenie and its community as dynamic as possible. Mr. Kotraba has been the lead for both sales and marketing efforts for technology companies for over 10 years including TenFour and Rubicon Technologies. He has a background in strategic marketing with a BS and MS in marketing from the University of Baltimore and Johns Hopkins University.
